About Nikita
Nikita works collaboratively with clients to identify goals and strategies for each individual, using a warm, empathic and non-judgemental approach. She has a background in individual and group therapy.
Nikita works collaboratively with clients to identify goals and strategies for each individual, using a warm, empathic and non-judgemental approach. She has a background in individual and group therapy.
Nikita has experience working in the perinatal infant field as well as with adolescents and adults across a variety of presentations including depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, trauma, and personality disorders.
She draws on a number of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR.
Nikita is a Board Approved Supervisor and provides primary or secondary supervision to provisional psychologists completing their internships or placements.
