Malwina provides a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. She works with individuals across the lifespan, helping people make sense of their experiences and move towards meaningful change.
Malwina holds a Master of Psychology and is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
With 10 years of experience working both in Australia and internationally, Malwina supports children, adolescents and adults aged six and above. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their unique experiences and provides tailored support.
Malwina utilises a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Exposure Therapy.
She supports clients across a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, trauma and PTSD, mood-related difficulties, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive difficulties (OCD), emotional dysregulation, and neurodevelopmental presentations.
Malwina also provides psychological assessments including cognitive assessments, educational assessments for Specific Learning Disorders, neurodevelopmental assessments (including ADHD and ASD), and intelligence assessments.
