Jennifer prioritises warm, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic relationships. She works with adolescents and adults, taking the time to understand each individual's experiences and tailor support to their needs.

Jen prioritises a warm, non-judgemental, and empathic relationship with clients. She takes time to understand and collaborate with each individual to establish unique and personalised goals to work towards.

Jen has experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of presentations including depression, anxiety, burnout, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, trauma, grief and loss, chronic pain, eating disorders, and OCD.

Jen draws from a range of therapeutic modalities to ensure the approach taken is appropriate and personalised to the individual. Jen has experience in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
