About Liana
Liana provides a gentle and supportive approach, helping clients work through emotional and interpersonal challenges. She works collaboratively with individuals to create a safe and compassionate space.
Liana works with adults and young people using a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and EMDR.
She has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, confidence and assertiveness, grief and loss, and neurodivergence. Liana also has a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and ASD.
Liana also conducts ADHD and Autism assessments for both adults and children and enjoys helping clients better understand themselves and their relationships with others.
