About Grace
Grace is an experienced psychologist who supports clients across the lifespan to work towards meaningful therapeutic outcomes. She brings a thoughtful, non-judgemental approach with a special interest in perinatal mental health.
Grace works with adults aged 18 and over, supporting clients to navigate life challenges and develop practical strategies that support long-term wellbeing.
With eight years of clinical experience working across the lifespan, Grace supports her clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Her areas of interest include transition to parenthood and postpartum adjustment, pregnancy and infertility, grief and loss, personality disorders, and mood disorders.
Grace works collaboratively with clients to create a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic space where individuals can explore challenges, build resilience, and work towards meaningful change.
As part of her perinatal work, Grace is trained and Medicare-registered to deliver non-directive pregnancy counselling, offering up to three rebated sessions for individuals who are currently pregnant or have experienced a recent pregnancy loss.
