Succoris Bendigo is hiring a Clinical or General Psychologist to join our experienced team in central Bendigo — and we've built the role around something we think matters more than any perk: a caseload you can actually sustain.

Five sessions a day — on purpose

Our target is five client sessions a day. It's a full, varied caseload, and it leaves room inside your working day for thoughtful notes, a quick consult with a colleague, a proper lunch break, and time to think between clients.

Add an administration team that handles referrals, bookings, and enquiries, and NovoNote to cut documentation time, and notes can be written at work — not at the kitchen table at 9pm. Too many good psychologists burn out because the caseload never lets up. We'd rather you did this work well for years.

What's on offer

• $105,000 – $150,000 inclusive of super, depending on your qualifications and experience
• Performance bonuses of up to $15,000 a year, based on sessions delivered and clinical performance
• $2,500 a year towards training and CPD, plus monthly live CPD, group supervision, reflective practice, and EMDR supervision
• Award-winning supervision — including from the APS Supervisor of the Year 2024 — and our Clinical Registrar Program
• Mental health leave alongside annual and personal leave, flexible hours, and telehealth from home for part of the week
• A strong, well-established referral base across Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, Victims of Crime, DVA, and private health

About Succoris Bendigo

Based at 125 Wills Street, our Bendigo team works across the lifespan with DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, CBT, and EMDR, and offers comprehensive psychological assessments. You'll be supported by our Clinic Manager, Nikita Kettlewell, a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping every clinician in the team develop and thrive.
