With more than 20 years across the health industry — spanning customer service, human resource management and business management — he leads the operations and growth that let our clinicians focus on great clinical work. Jamie's focus is on building a workplace that is supportive and culture-driven, with fairness and transparency at its core, and on making psychological services accessible, safe and evidence-based.
