Making a referral
Most referrers send their referral directly to the clinic nearest the client. If you're not sure which clinic is best, email our intake team and we'll route it appropriately.
- GP Mental Health Treatment Plan
- Complete an MHTP (MBS items 2715 or 2717) and fax or email the referral and plan to the clinic your client has chosen. We'll confirm receipt and contact your client to book.
- NDIS participant referral
- Email our intake team with the participant's name, NDIS number, plan manager contact, and any relevant supporting information. We'll onboard and book within 3 business days.
- WorkSafe, TAC, DVA, ICWA
- Submit the claim number, case worker contact, and any relevant correspondence. We charge at each body's approved rates.
- EAP referrals
- EAP providers can email us directly with the employee authorisation and session approval. We turn around EAP booking requests within 1 business day.
- Psychiatrist or specialist referral
- Email the referral directly to the relevant clinic. We'll liaise with your rooms on appointment scheduling and report-back requirements.

- How quickly can my client be seen?
- Most of our clinicians have immediate availability via telehealth. In-clinic wait times vary by location — our intake team can confirm when you call.
- Can you accept urgent referrals?
- Yes, within the limits of our capacity. Flag the urgency when referring — we'll prioritise and match to a clinician with the soonest opening.
- Do you write back to the referring GP?
- Yes. Standard practice is a brief letter after the first session and a progress summary at session 6 (the Medicare review point). We'll adapt to your preferred cadence.
- What conditions do you treat?
- See our Support For pages for the full list. Common referrals: anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, autism, perinatal mental health, relationship issues, grief, chronic pain, and assessments (ADHD, autism, cognitive, learning difficulties).
